Privacy policy

Scope

This policy covers the website cybertech.marketing only. It does not cover applicant data processed inside a partner's own systems. This website does not collect individual financial application data — the partner form is for business inquiries only.

What we collect

Information you send us

The partner form asks for four fields: company name, work email, primary market and preferred integration mode. Nothing else is required, and nothing is collected from the form until you press the submit button.

Analytics data, only if you accept it

If you accept analytics, our tag manager records which pages you viewed, the referring page, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. If you decline, no analytics tag is loaded and none of this is collected.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard web-server logs containing IP address, timestamp, requested path and user agent. These are used for security and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it

Form submissions are used to answer your enquiry and assess whether we can supply demand in your market. Analytics data is used to understand which channels bring partner enquiries. We do not use any of it to build advertising profiles of individuals, and we do not sell personal data.

Who else sees it

We share data with a small number of service providers, each acting on our instructions:

• Web3Forms — delivers partner form submissions to our inbox.
• Google — Google Tag Manager and the analytics tags configured inside it. Loaded only after you accept analytics.
• Meta — measurement tags, where configured in our tag manager. Loaded only after you accept analytics.
• Our hosting provider — serves the site and retains the server logs described above.

Cookies and tags

No analytics or measurement tag loads before you accept. Declining means the tag manager script is never requested at all, not merely disabled. This site self-hosts its fonts, so no request is made to a third-party font service either.

Two values are stored in your browser regardless of your choice, because the site cannot work correctly without them: your language preference, and your cookie choice itself. Neither has any tracking value and neither is sent to us.

How long we keep it

Partner enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured with the analytics provider. Server logs rotate on the hosting provider’s standard schedule.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time using the link above. Depending on where you live, local data-protection law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
